Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first and then email us at cheocomasltd@outlook.com for help.

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.
